Although we guarantee that our products are OEM quality or better it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that orders are correct and accurate. If there is any doubt when making a purchase for a product, please feel free to contact us and we will assist you in finding the products you need.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you mistakenly order the wrong product or for some reason do not want the product you ordered. We will provide you with a refund, however, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all items returned. You must contact us via email or phone and let us know what the issue is and we will provide you with a Returned Merchandise Authorization. The RMA number will allow us to provide you with a refund and set up a pickup with the carrier.
Please note that the shipping costs for these returns are also for the customer's responsability. Please ensure you order the correct products at the time of the original order.
If the product you are returning is received without its' original packaging, you will be charged an additional 20% restocking/packaging fee. If the product is unsellable you will be charged 30% of the original cost of the item. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchasing the product from the website.
Example: You purchase a product from the store and decide you need to return it because you found it cheaper somewhere else. If we receive the package and it is not in its original box and it is damaged, you will be charged 20% on top of the original 20% restocking fee.
